The owners (Mom, Dad and three sons aged 17 to 26) had outgrown the L-shaped bungalow and the home addition would become the new digs for the parents, complete with a studio, a master suite, and a rooftop loft with a walkout to the deck to make the most of the spectacular view. The upper level is light and airy, featuring glass walls that mirror the main floor, but enclosed in a horizontal screen that provides added privacy to both the interior sand the outdoor entertaining area.
