Cool and young style from inteior design of a villa in Dubai

NAGA Architects had designed this private villa for the Sultan Mohammed Aqil Ali Hassan Al Zarooni and his family in 2011.
Located in Dubai, the project employs a cubist aesthetic and it is designed on an ordered system of rectangular planes and facets that create enough room for recessed balconies or some extruding areas to permit a better view of the surroundings while also extending the interior spaces. All the sides of the villa are surrounded by water features and swimming pools, either public or private ones, to maintain the interior temperature at a cool and pleasant temperature even if the house is in the desert climate.
The ground level uses articulated panels to increase the space and the segmented spaces have been turned into a large hall that acts as the main social space of the villa, appropriate for entertainment and gatherings. The first level hosts the private quarters and it gives access to an overhead walkway that offers a view of the ground floor spaces.

Admiring the beauty of two levels house was renovate in Brazil

This is an art work renovated in São Paulo, Brazil. The 34 square - meter home with two levels was completely redesigned and reconstructed to serve the modern living need of a young couple.
In this apartment, designer had improved the ventilation and the lighting system. According to Cristiane Bergesch, the lack of space for furniture was a challenging limitation: “I designed all the furniture for the living room, kitchen and bedroom, respecting specific measures for each piece. Furthermore, the clear and neutral colors reinforce the visual impression of more space.
Before renovation, the living room had several accesses and the main door was taking up too much space to open. It was replaced by a sliding door, which expanded the original building area to 46 sqm, joining the living room and the outdoors. A glass ceiling ensures natural lighting for both spaces. The owners wanted a comfortable, practical home, and also a place to receive family and friends. The outdoor area added the space needed for dining room and barbecue.
The compact 4 sqm kitchen has all the necessary items. The chosen oven, for example, is a cooktop. The sliding door made in special glass provides a mirror effect, hiding the kitchen interior when there is no light. MDF cabinets with white melamine finish contrasts the wooden panel. The master bedroom is located on the second level, offering a high level of privacy and comfort.
