Not Just A Place To Rest Shoes

Entryways are often the first impression guests have of a home. An entryway can be as functional or as decorative as a family desires, In some cases, people primarily use a foyer as a place for guests to remove shoes or wait for other people to get ready. Well in some homes the entryways are Not Just A Place to Rest Shoes!!  Beautiful entryways are almost a must in today’s homes because of the all so important first impressions. If beautiful entryways are on your mind and your looking for great inspirations for Entryways. Check out these lovely Entryways below.

Now this entryway has it all accept the shoes but that’s OK” I love the huge chandelier and the molding going up the stairs” and check out the floors... WOW!!!
Love looking up in this entryway!!! Check out the ceiling- love it!!

I love the door in this entryway its divine and check out the skin on the floor (zebra rug) love it!!!
What a beautiful stair railing its just magnificent
OK!! I guess you can see that I love the skins on the floors but check out the dark hardwood floors and the stair railing in this entryway. WOW!!!
Now what can I say about walking into this entryway. I love it
One of the things that I think of when walking into a entryway is where to sit to take off my shoes "I mean come on you don't want anyone walking on those beautiful floors do ya? I love how the benches are sitting on either side of the council table nicely done.
I love everything there is about this entryway it’s so cute and you don't see any shoes resting there do you?  It’s all glam in this lovely walkway. Check out the coat rack it looks good with the faux fur doesn’t it?  Oh I can’t forget the beautiful chandelier I think this is what gives this entryway its glam…

  • Hey!! What do you think? Are these front entryways made for shoe lounging?

Friday's Runway Decorate Week 7

Check out this weeks Runway Decorate

Now check out this!!! Is this not a mess of elegance? if you can see it that way... The runway model is wearing an amazing orange and blue jacket withe the gorgeous beaded high-heel  shoe is an amazing  runway design. Have you notice there is a guy sitting on the sofa that's drape with what looks like a blue velvet fabric!!! well I love the elegant mess of a room... OK this is an interesting one I have to admit but I thought it looks pretty good.
What I love about this runway decorate match is the model and the room matches so well in style and in color. I love how the runway model shirt hangs as if she's a bit casual but yet she has some formality to her overall style and this is what you also see in the interior room also the rug is not so serious but so elegant at the same time... WOW love it!!!
Now for those formal events we have this beautiful ball gown worn by this beautiful runway model she is sure to have a ball in this one notice this elegant green turquoise top that is almost not a whole garment but nonetheless so sexy- Now check out the beautiful formal living room with it’s beautiful blue and green charm throughout. This room doesn’t disappoint it only shows us how to be a showstopper!!! WOW can I get dressed-up and come to the party!!!

Style Mood is Monochromatic

Monochromatic color schemes are based off of a single color. In my opinion a monochromatic color scheme- looks most interesting when different materials are used. Pairing monochromatic with different patterns and textures but all with the same underlined color with a subdued, sophisticated, and harmonious look brings monochromatic alive.

Sit back and enjoy the different flavors of Monochromatic.
Utilize a monochromatic color scheme in your bedroom too!! By featuring various patterns and textures. This guest room is mostly the one color of tan but with the pops of white it gives it the monochromatic flavor it needs. With the walls being tan and the headboard tan you would think it will be too much blending but that's not the case here because of the suede texture of the headboard. This monochromatic color is very fitting for a guest room

I love this purple living room, it’s so elegant, dramatic, chic and glamorous. A monochromatic color scheme is one in which a palette is used in varying shades of the same color. You can see all the shades of purple in this glam room just~ love, love, love it. To explain the silver it reflects the color pallet in the room which is the one color purple and that's what makes it monochromatic.

WOW!!! Look at the textures in this room !!! Monochromatic never looked so good
I love this room with the pop of yellow and the layered picture frames on the wall, I love it!!!
Now check this out, this room is so calm and relaxing looking I can see myself felling comfortable in this bedroom.
Lovely
What a nice little calming space to do your makeup.
Monochromatic Catwalk ~ walking the catwalk in mono tones never looked so good. When done well, fashion and interiors can have a unique richness about them even if there’s only one color~ the fashions up above are all done well with all the same colors but different shades and textures and not at all boring

How about weddings?~Check out this lovely wedding story board done by a designer who had a vision of ethereal little angels flitting among snowy white clouds which called for celebration that calls for a palette that’s as pure as the driven snow. This designer stuck with white, cream, and a few organic touches of green. Source stylenotes

Random Inspiration of Monochromatic

Beautiful Monochromatic bathroom
What an amazing demonstration of monochromatic art
I would love to have this on one of my walls ~flawless flow of monochromatic art

  • What do you think!!! Do monochromatic or one color design has to be boring?
  • Is there one color that you love so much that you can see in your home all throughout one room?

Color Crush- Green

Well here I go again Crushing on a color and what color am I crushing on now? That's right the color green but not any green dark vibrant green. Check out these beautiful green interior rooms decors.
I have to express my feelings about this room. When I first saw this room I knew that I was crushing hard on green. I absolutely love this room check out the green window coverings and that lovely green chair I am in love with this crush!!!

The tufted green sofa is just amazing  I love the color green the sofa is wearing!! This is what I was talking about when I said vibrant green. I just love it
The green in this sofa is more like a olive color and I think its beautiful with the beautiful blue and white pillows with the white chair and blue and white pillow this fits right in with my color crush blue and green

WOW!!! is this a burst of the color green!!!!  This room is amazing, one will think this is to much green but as you can see the interior designer knew what he/she were doing when this room was planed. The color is balanced so nicely with just enough of blue in the rug which helps this color work. I am truly crushing on this room. Oh by the way I love the wooden sofa the craftsmanship on it is nothing less than amazing

How cute I know a teenster will love this beautiful room

Now what can I say about this green bath!!! This is a work of art. The designer wasn't afraid to use all the green on the walls and the floors because he/she knew that it will balance once the white was added with the tub and vanity very nice.
What a relaxing space to sit and read a book but how about them green window coverings along with the green wall. What a crush!!!

WOW
Lovely room with the different tones of green stripes. Beautiful!!!

Let’s bring the outside in with this beautiful burst of green forest wallpaper. This room had me crushing all day long. This is very striking!!!

Check it out, Check it out Check it out now!!! Let me clear my throat!!! Is this room gorgeous or what? Normally when you think of flowers on window coverings I'm sure you think of grandma's house but not in this room these flowers are seeing a new day in the living room. I guess what goes around comes back around. Love it
I'm crushed in a good way!!! I love this green in this room

Check out this sun-porch bringing the outside in with the green walls and the hints of green on the accessories and the green throw.
