The interior design of amazing store in California

Spreading over the surface of 4750 square feet, the La Brea Bakery in Los Angeles was designed by the practice of SF Jones Architects with bread as the main theme of the location.
As the new flagship location of the bakery and the owners wanted a setting that serves as a jewel case for the wares. The bakery has a 25 year history and the designers wanted to show their legacy in the artisanal atmosphere defined by warm brown tones and brickwork.
The wood trellis is defining the bakery area with a 35 feet display case filled with pastries, sandwiches and baguettes. The visitors can enjoy special baked bread in a setting with wooden blocks and the La Brea name inscribed on the exposed brickwork wall. The dining tables are made of reclaimed wood of different types and the seats are comfortable to provide a cozy, even homey, ambiance.

Inspired by the typical mall ideas from the E.Leclerc in France

With a waving white façade, the E.Leclerc - a shopping mall has attracted attention of residents and customers in France. The shop was designed by the Atelier REC with the combination with wooden tones for a soothing exterior.

The designers wanted to change the idea of the typical mall where waste predominates with an alternative architecture focusing on the environmental qualities so that the whole project would be more economical in its use of energy while also providing a calm and comfortable tone that corresponds to contemporary standards.
The building has a low consumption and is created with low impact CO2 materials. The white wave outdoors provides a 30% reduction of the energy needed and the division into four separate volumes reduces the greenhouse effect to act as a model for future developments of this kind.
The style of the mall is inspired from the Arcachonnaise style of the region but with contemporary features that would suit the shopping center of the 21st century.

The beauty in design from one of the largest shopping malls in the world

We are pleasured to bring you the design of Groove, one of the largest shopping malls in the world. This Groove is an extension of the Central World Shopping Center in Bangkok, China and created by the practice of Synthesis Design + Architecture in 2013. The aesthetic if the extension wants to capture the atmosphere of the alfresco dining experience and the café culture in Europe but with the intimacy of the Soi’s. The façade of the project faces the Ploenchit Road and the BTS Skytrain so the roof and exterior provide a good view of the surroundings.
There are continuous horizontal lines in the facade that adapt to the dimensions needed for restaurants, retail shops or terraces and the main material is a back lit aluminum panel that incorporates lighting, graphics and a unique glow effect during the nighttime.
The need for climate control was reduced due to the outdoor dining experience and a system of open air trellis which are fitted into a retractable canopy to protect from both rain and sun.

Adorable store design of Studio for Comete Jewelry Store

Studio Apstoli is well known for its projects that revolve around the field of concept design. They designed the wonderful Comete Jewelry Store located in Milan, Italy- the store representing the famous brand Comete.
The designers were inspired from the motto of the company “Romanticamente schierati” (lined up in a romantic way) when they chose a combination of styles to encapsulate both feelings and emotions and reasons and rationality into one big design.
The design does have an impact if you take into consideration the sale point area that is illuminated by led circular display windows that have three different dimensions. The mixture of feelings versus reason can be perceived when the light of the backdrop changes, offering a visual contrast with the overall design.
The colour of the lights also differs from season to season or if there is any special occasion for example a holiday or a thematic day-the lights are changed fitting the situation. We really enjoyed the idea the designers had when creating the Comete store. What do you think of it?

A cozy and relaxing space in the middle of the Jakarta shopping mall

The Six Degrees Café acts as a cozy and relaxing retreat in the middle of the Jakarta shopping mall with an aesthetic created by the Studio OOZN Design that features timber elements to bring a dynamic vibe to the interior.

The spatial heights were made more diverse through the undulating timber slats that were placed at a distance of 150 millimeters and the natural tones make the visitors feel more secure. The wooden layer is visible through the entire coffee place and the rear was painted black. The flooring is made of polished concrete for another textural element and the depth of the fins greatly improves the acoustic inside.
Black mosaic tiles are give the main texture of the bar and this island also separates the coffee machine from the area where food is prepared so that each zone is clearly defined. There are dour different seating arrangements for various groups and events.
